Return Window
Eligible returns are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please contact customer support before sending any item back so we can confirm eligibility and return instructions.
Eligible Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, clean, and in resalable condition unless the return is caused by defect or shipping damage.
- Items must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and order information when applicable.
- Custom-cut, specially ordered, installed, damaged, or modified items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement, exchange, return instruction, or refund solution when approved.
Non-Defective Returns
For approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A USD 20 return label fee and a USD 20 restocking fee may apply where permitted by law and payment platform rules.
Refund Processing
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are normally processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider posting times may vary.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible items depending on stock, product condition, destination, and shipping feasibility. Contact support before returning an item for exchange.
