Shipping Coverage
HVACDTC ships HVAC parts and accessories to multiple countries and regions. Shipping availability depends on product type, package dimensions, destination restrictions, customs rules, and carrier service availability.
Processing Time and Order Cutoff
- Order cutoff time: 3:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8).
- Processing time: 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time
Estimated transit time after dispatch depends on product size, selected shipping method, and destination:
- Small and standard parcels: usually about 7 business days after dispatch.
- Oversized HVAC items with expedited shipping: usually about 7 business days after dispatch.
- Oversized HVAC items with standard shipping: usually about 14-30 business days after dispatch.
Actual delivery time may vary because of customs clearance, carrier routing, public holidays, weather, address problems, or destination restrictions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, volumetric weight, and available carrier service. The final shipping cost is shown before payment is completed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges. Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking and Delivery Issues
